Agreement and eligibility
By using UtilityTrove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms or use the service with appropriate permission.
Free informational utilities
UtilityTrove provides general-purpose calculators, converters, generators, and text tools without an account. Results may be estimates, may depend on assumptions, and may contain errors. Verify important results independently.
No professional advice
The website does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering, security, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on a result where accuracy or consequences matter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, violate another person's rights, or use it unlawfully. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Ownership
The UtilityTrove name, original written content, interface, and software are owned by or licensed to Sitrucanaid Inc. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you. You may use individual tool results for lawful personal or business purposes.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every result will be complete or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sitrucanaid Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the effective date on this page.
