Privacy Policy

How Sitrucanaid Inc. handles information when you use UtilityTrove.

Who operates UtilityTrove

UtilityTrove is operated by Sitrucanaid Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. The Privacy Officer can be reached at support@utilitytrove.com.

Information we handle

The public utilities are designed to process the text, numbers, dates, and other values you enter locally in your browser. We do not intentionally transmit or store those tool inputs on our servers.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive tool inputs.

Cloudflare processes ordinary technical request information, which may include IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use information

We use contact information to answer requests, investigate problems, respond to privacy or accessibility concerns, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. If you allow optional analytics, we use limited usage information to understand page visits, traffic sources, and whether tools are used so we can maintain and improve UtilityTrove. We limit collection and use to purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.

Analytics, advertising, and consent

Google Analytics is optional and does not load unless you affirmatively allow analytics through UtilityTrove's privacy choices. When allowed, analytics events can include the requested page, page category, referring source, browser or device information, a tool identifier, and an operational status. Tool inputs, calculator values, generated passwords, contact-form contents, names, and email addresses are not intentionally included in analytics events. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, and advertising signals remain denied by this site's analytics control. Google AdSense is configured separately; where required, advertising choices are presented through Google's certified consent message.

Service providers and processing locations

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, DNS, and email routing. Google provides the Gmail inbox used for support forwarding, optional Google Analytics, and the AdSense advertising service. These providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the processing jurisdiction.

Retention and safeguards

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, record-keeping, or legal requirements, and routinely review it for deletion within 24 months. Retention of optional analytics is governed by Google Analytics provider settings, including controls for user- and event-level data; those controls do not govern Google's standard aggregated reports. We periodically review those settings and minimize retention where practical. We use access controls, encrypted transport, limited collection, and reputable service providers, but no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can use the tools without an account and can decline optional analytics or advertising. Subject to applicable law, you may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, or withdraw consent for optional uses, by contacting the Privacy Officer at support@utilitytrove.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and policy changes

UtilityTrove is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified on this page.
